Today was an odd day for me. Just wasn’t clicking for me. The band played very well though. I enjoyed my fellowship with the band and everything sounded good. It was just a blah day for me. I didn’t feel like the songs worked with the morning. I know God used everything. It just felt rushed. To much going on I think. On “There is a Fountain” I could not remember for the life of me how to start it. Ug! I practiced that song like 50 times last week. I love it but I could not remember how to start it today. Again, Ug! Frustrating. It ended up going well I just had to laugh. I was on acoustic, our bass player was on banjo, me and Michelle on vocals and the rest of the band huddled around another mic singing on the second half of each verse. It was pretty cool. We got the version from Sojourn’s Church’s site. You can find their set list and other worship leaders sets on Fred McKinnon’s site @ the “Sunday Set lists” blog That’s where I found them and I have learned allot from what they do there. Ok, I’m ready for a nap big time 🙂 That hour thing last night has messed with me. 🙂
